Let Only Service

The Let Only Service provides the Landlord with some confidence that the tenant moving into his property has been properly vetted and that at the commencement of the tenancy, are financially stable and in gainful employment either on a P.A.Y.E basis or proper accounts confirmed by an recognized firm of accountants. We do not rent properties to any person whose sole income is reliant upon the claiming of benefit unless we are instructed by the Landlord.

Let Only Service - 8% of six months rental plus vat at the prevailing rate.
