Tenants Information

- All properties require a deposit equal to a months rental unless otherwise stated.
- Most properties will require the tenant to be employed unless otherwise stated.
- Availability Dates are for guidance only and should not be relied upon as a moving in date.
- The details that are provided are for display purposes only and you should check with the agent that all details are correct as these details are not intended to form any part of the contract between the Landlord and the tenant.
- An Agency Fee is payable on acceptance of any property.
- All outstanding balances to be paid in cleared funds on the day of the signing of the tenancy agreement.
- Financial References will be taken up on all applicants and only upon satisfactory responses will a tenancy be offered.
- Pets will only be accepted in a limited amount of properties and you should check that they are allowed before making an offer of a tenancy.
