Kingswood Accommodation is a family owned business that commenced trading back in 1988. It has throughout this time remained loyal to its core business of Residential Property Management despite periods where house sales were thought to be more profitable. The very first client we had the pleasure of helping is still with us and we are proud of the large number of clients who have been part of the success story of Kingswood Accommodation.

It is still recognised that buying a property is still likely to be the largest purchase that many of our Landlords will ever commit themselves to and as such the reasons why people chose this form of investment varies from client to client. It is because of this we at Kingswood Accommodation offer our clients an individual service tailored to meet their own needs. This can range from a fully managed house to a Let Only Service where the Landlord feels that he is capable of managing his own property.

Success has been achieved by retention of our clients and a growth of new business from recommendation from Landlords and somewhat surprisingly from past tenants. We are keen to provide the best possible service to ensure that our Landlords needs are met. Many of the tenancies we have arranged have allowed a long term business relationship to develop between the Landlord and the Tenant which has resulted in a success and profitable tenancy for the Landlord.
